The Lerchenmühle operation has its own corn processing line to guarantee high-quality products. The climatic conditions in Austria are generally excellent for the cultivation of corn. By working with local farmers, using standardised processing procedures from the fields to the finished product, and by implementing a seamless quality assurance regime, we are able to manufacture safe and healthy products and guarantee 100% traceability. The farmers we have under contract, grow special types of corn, especially for us, enabling us to produce ground corn products with a whole range of granule sizes and properties.

All of the featured ground corn products are made in compliance with conventional quality stipulations and organic food standards.
