Ideal for pasta and noodles, dumplings, small dumplings, low-fat shortcrust pastry, shortened yeast dough, choux pastry, curd cheese dough and potato-wheat dough.
This spelt flour is nutty with a slightly sweet flavour. Suitable for bread, cake and pastries. Spelt can replace wheat flour in almost every recipe and dish.
